We'd wake up in our cottage, make each other tea and coffee, and get ready for the day.
Monika would wake up spooning me, the smell of the morning dew gently waking us up. She'd get up first while I snooze a bit longer, going for a morning jog and then making eggs and tofu bacon. She comes back in, gently encouraging me out of bed and helping me. We'd kiss, and I'd go to the kitchen to make her cuban coffee with milk. She already started making me vanilla and spice chai tea. We eat, drink, brush our teeth and get dressed together. I kiss her goodbye as she heads to her Journalist job as an editor, and I stay at home as a house husband.

Healthy and Consistent, but anxiety can wake her up at times.
She'd sleep around 9:30 and wake up at 5:30 ideally, but she's always suffered anxiety. Ever since she came to the human world, she's been still suffering from derealization, just like me. She'd wake up frequently, and she'd feel too guilty to wake me up, but I always tell her to when she's feeling like that. She holds onto me until she calms down and fall asleep again.
She'll try to do calming activites but end up stressing herself out.
She'd try reading at first, then meditation, and then even more until she stresses herself with the expectation of needing to sleep. In the end she just holds me until she falls asleep hours later.

She's full of a lot of regret she refuses to address from the lit club, even now. When she first crossed over, she'd have nightmares about being stuck, but now it's for who she left behind. I try to get her to open up, but I think she's too scared to. Poor lamb..

We've talked about this before! Back when we first started re-dating, after the one year gap, she talked about wanting a Resplendent Quetzal. She couldn't bring herself to code one in, as they are meant to be free and die in captivity. I got her a plush to fill in the gap! With her here, I've been hoping she'd be okay with a pet rat, or at least a cat or dog. Fingers crossed!
